Licence Condition
By 31 October 2023, the licensee must replace the original sections of the Ravensworth Ash Line (being those parts of the Ravensworth Ash Line constructed in 1997); and, notify the EPA upon completion of the works. The notification must be provided to the EPA at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300, or by email to info@epa.nsw.gov.au.
